We value the quality of our study programmes. Structured courses are delivered, using interactive and communicative techniques which bring the language alive.
Our language courses are in line with internationally accredited leveling systems such as CEF (Common European Framework) and ACTFL (American Council for the Teaching of Foreign Languages).
English language courses generally last for 30 hours. Please note that a full level consists of 2 courses. Contact us directly for timings. English language lessons generally last for 1.5 hours, except where stated otherwise.
Fees Payment:
Fees must be paid one week prior to the start of a course, at the latest. However, fees are immediately payable if the student registers to start a course on the week of enrollment,
Cancellations and refunds:
The registration and testing fee is 5BD (non-refundable).
No course fee refunds are given for those who leave a course early or for absences from classes. 50% of the fee will be refunded when a student cancels a course after fees have been paid, prior to attendance. For reasons other than force majeure, a full refund will be given, where the centre is responsible for course cancellations, prior to commencement.
Safety:
Any child under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult, both to and from lessons. They must be picked up and dropped off at the first floor entrance of the centre and NOT at the gate or at the bottom of the stairs to the building.
Students are not to linger at the top of the stairs or to wander around the compound at any time. If these rules are not adhered to, the centre cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents.
Harrassment policy:
The centre reserves the right not to admit any individual into the centre, who has repeatedly and deliberately offended a fellow student/member of staff. The centre is absolutely clear that the above includes any discriminatory comments against race, colour and cr eed.
Further liability:
The centre will not be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
